1. Products

All items sold on mouketpacks.com are digital design products. No physical goods are shipped. After payment, you receive an email with download instructions.

2. License and permitted use

When you purchase a design bundle, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license from MOUKET LTD (MOUKET LTD) to use the digital design files as follows:

• To create end-products and content for your own brand or your clients.
• To modify, adapt, or combine the designs with other elements.
• To use the artwork in unlimited projects for one brand (two users allowed on Pro where stated).

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Resell, share, distribute, or give away the original digital files.
• Upload the original files to marketplaces as standalone assets or design packs.
• Claim the original artwork as your own creation.
• Use the files in any way that violates applicable copyright or intellectual property laws.

4. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, and digital products sold on this website are original creations of MOUKET LTD and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You obtain a license to use the files; ownership remains with MOUKET LTD / MOUKET LTD.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers. By completing a purchase, you confirm that the payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. You must also comply with the terms and policies of the payment provider.

6. Refunds

Because our products are digital and downloadable, refunds are limited. Please see our Refund Policy for full details. If you experience any access or file issues, contact us and we will work to resolve them.

7. Digital delivery

Delivery takes place by email using the address you provide at checkout. For details, please see our Shipping & Digital Delivery page.
