Our products are digital design files that become accessible immediately after purchase. For this reason, we typically cannot offer refunds once download instructions have been sent.

• If a file is corrupted or clearly not as described, we will repair or replace it.
• If you believe there is another serious issue with your order, please email us and we will review it case-by-case.
